The famous restaurant of miso-nikomi noodle is Yamamotoyahonke. There are many Yamamotoyahonke in Aichi. One of Yamamotoyahonke is at Esca. Esca is an underground shopping center near Shinkansen Entrance of Nagoya station. Business hours is from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

I have been to the restaurant with my friend. It is so delisious, but it is so hot! Be carefule to burn your mouth. First, you should put some noodle on the lid of a earthen pot and cool them for a while. Then, you can eat it.

  1. The picture of noodle you posted made me hungry. Your English translation for ingredients such as "shiitake mushroom" or "deep-fried bean curd" are accurate. I would like to know more about how it would be served and how it would be eaten. You usually put a small amount of noodle in a small bowl when you eat. Otherwise you might burn your mouth. There are some suggestions about form. When you explain the location of "Esca", I might say "… is near Shinkansen Entrance of Nagoya station". When you use a foreign word such as Misonikomi, it needs to be written in Italics. Overall this passage is written very well, but you could add more personal information like your favorite toppings for the dish.
